Referral Bonus

Know someone suitable for our job vacancies?

If so, refer them to us and if they successfully take up one of our permanent placements you'll get from $550 - $2,500 depending on the level of placement. 

Providing your candidate is new to Conrad Consulting and not already registered, your reward will be paid once the person you refer has completed 12 weeks in their new permanent job or 6 weeks of contract work.

Make sure to always ask their permission before providing us with their contact details and credentials.

Please note: In accordance with IRS regulations, we may be required to issue a Form 1099-NEC for referral bonuses totalling $600 or more in a calendar year. Recipients are responsible for reporting any referral rewards as taxable income.
